Ritu Barkotoky is the Director People Development at Amsted Automotive focusing on talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning and DEI.

Prior to joining Amsted Automotive, Ritu was as an HR Manager at Wolverine Advanced Materials- an ITT company and Detroit Zoo. Early in her career she worked at ZF at Marysville and Honda Manufacturing of Indiana, LLC in HR and at Emcure Pharmaceuticals in India in Patent division. Through her progressive and diverse experiences over the years, she has attained skills to drive people and business success providing leadership, coaching and development to all levels in the organizations.

Passionate about DEI, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Culture and People Development, Ritu has over 15 years of extensive experience in HR and Talent Management.

Ritu is multilingual and has a master’s degree in microbiology from Pune, India and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University, MI. She has a certification in Fostering inclusion and diversity from Yale University.
