Jody Stidham is a leader in Deloitte’s Global Automotive Practice and an automotive marketing professional with over 25 years of experience working in many facets of automotive: customer strategy and customer experience, brand and retail marketing, and digital transformation and growth strategy development.
Prior to joining Deloitte in 2019, she spent nearly 15 years at General Motors in various marketing functions: Buick, eGM Digital Marketing, CRM Strategy & Retail Operations, and Cadillac – all focused on driving innovation and transformation in digital marketing, customer experience, and retail operations. From there, she led the development and growth of Urban Science’s Customer Practice where she helped clients optimize marketing spend to maximize performance of leads and sales.
She spent nearly eight years at FordDirect, a joint venture of Ford Motor Company, helping dealers improve digital marketing performance across sales and service – leading the development of new digital marketing solutions such as digital advertising , social media and reputation management, websites, and CRM –integrating the customer experience across marketing channels with Ford and Ford Credit.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Information Systems from Kettering University and her MBA from Wayne State. She also participated in Stanford’s eCommerce Executive Education program. She serves on the Kettering University School of Management Advisory Board and volunteers for United Way.
