Jennifer Good is the Sr. Manager for Supplier Relations, Compliance and Diversity at American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM) in Detroit, Michigan. She was previously with Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) in Auburn Hills, Michigan where she was the Executive on Loan to the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC) and was a Supplier Diversity Program Manager.

Jennifer serves on several committees for MMSDC and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2021. She is on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and was named Chamber Advocate of the Year in 2022. She is a member of the Technology Committee for the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals (CSDP), is a member of the MMSDC Automotive Industry Group and is the former Treasurer for the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s Automotive Industry Group.  She currently serves on the Leadership Team of AAM’s POWhER Associate Resource Group and also serves on the Career and Company Pillars for the newly formed LATIN Associate Resource Group. She previously served on the board of directors for the Stellantis Latins In Connection Business Resource Group and was a member of the Stellantis Women’s Alliance Resource Group.

Jennifer has worked in the Automotive Industry for over 24 years in various management roles in Supply Chain, Aftermarket, Human Resources and Purchasing and earned her MBA from The University of Illinois after completing a BBA in Marketing at the University of Texas at El Paso.

She is married and has two step-daughters. In her personal time, she plays flute in the Washtenaw Community Concert Band, enjoys playing golf and scrapbooking.
