Heather Porzuczek is vice president, Human Resources, Vehicle Group, for Eaton, a global intelligent power management company.

Heather was named to this role in August 2022. She leads Vehicle Group’s global Human Resources function and strategy with a focus on leadership and organizational development, talent acquisition and diversity and inclusion.

Previously, Heather served as director, Human Resources, eMobility, with responsibility for building organizational capability, developing talent and partnering with leadership to achieve business objectives. She also served as director of talent management and organizational effectiveness for Eaton’s Industrial Sector.

Prior to joining Eaton in 2019, Heather held roles of increasing responsibility at General Electric (GE) where she was an HR Leader for both GE Aviation and Current – Powered by GE Divisions.

Heather holds a master’s degree in industrial and labor relations and human resources from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue University.
