Florencia Stanfield is the Cheif Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for Vitesco Technologies, reporting to Ingo Holstein (CHRO) and Sandy Stojkovski (Head of North America). Her experience over the past 20+ years includes DEI and HR for Catalent Pharma Solutions, The Dow Chemical Company, General Electric, Ecolab and Bank of America.

Florencia is from Uruguay and Canada, and moved to the Unites States from Argentina in 2017. She spent a lot of time in Colombia and Brazil too. Her first language is Spanish. She has an MBA and BA in Business Administration, and her interests include reading, travelling, movies, interior design
