Courtney Quenneville is the Supplier Diversity Manager for Vitesco Technologies (formerly the Continental Powertrain Division) in Auburn Hills, MI. In 2021, she was selected to launch the company’s supplier diversity initiative. She has quickly established major pillars of the initiative including internal education activities, purchasing processes and strategies, and global leadership engagement.

Prior to joining Vitesco Technologies, Courtney was Supplier Diversity Specialist at Continental where she helped implement key processes that elevated the already established program. Her work history also includes Flex-N-Gate where she was part of the corporate purchasing and systems team and was responsible for launching their initial supplier diversity program.

Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in business communication and is a Board Member for the Council of Supplier Diversity Professionals (CSDP).

Courtney is passionate about making meaningful connections between diverse suppliers and key decision makers. She has received recognition for her supplier diversity efforts including being named one of Diversity Plus Magazine’s “Top 30 Champions of Diversity” as well as receiving the CAMSC’s “Tier 1 Champion of Diversity” award.
