Chase Massie, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 15 years of Human Resources experience in many different capacities and organizations. He is currently the Director of Global Talent Management for Henniges Automotive and previously held the position of HR Manager for the Henniges Frederick, Oklahoma Facility.

Prior to Henniges, Chase spent time with the City of Lawton and Cameron University in the role of Human Resources Director. Chase holds a Masters in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Public Relations from Cameron University. He holds his Professional in HR certification, and the SHRM Certified Professional in HR.

Chase has volunteered on many different boards, including Southwest Oklahoma Human Resources, OKHR, United Way and Young Professionals of Lawton, OK. Chase received the 2018-2019 Young Professional of the Year by the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce.
