Cathy is a consulting leader within Deloitte’s Human Capital practice who has proven results advising and delivering HR and Talent programs from strategy to execution for over 18 years. In particular, she has extensive experience in the intersection of diversity, equity, and inclusion and talent.

Cathy has also led teams in industry spanning most of HR including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Culture, and Diversity and Inclusion. Cathy is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she received her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
